Shipping

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends, hot sale periods and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Haiti, France Germany, Chile, Brazil, Dominican Republic.

Delay may apply by your destination country (custom and verification)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 

Leandy Beauty Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Cancellations
Leandy Beauty Store reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
  • Products availability
  • Errors in the description or prices for Goods
  • Errors in Your Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected

Any orders are eligible for cancelation by customer or Leandy Beauty Store withing 24 hours from the time the order has been created. 
 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@leandybeautystore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No free return for international orders. The return fees will be at the customer charge.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return Due to the nature of our products and the risk of contamination for hygienic reasons.      
  • Products made to Your specifications (Dedicated set)
  • Custom products (such as special orders, personalized items and private label).
  • Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after dropping off.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
